This morning Steve's car broke down before he even left the neighborhood. It's weird because just two days ago I was telling a friend that I will never buy an American car because I think they're crap, and I used Steve's car as an example. His car (a Chevy) is six years newer than mine and has way fewer miles, yet way more issues. We're always throwing money into that car. Anyway, apparently I jinxed us because today we had to get it towed into the automotive shop. Steve ended up staying home all day and we had a great time, so that was cool. We played two games of Scrabble and I lost by an extremely narrow margin both times. I was hoping to play again tonight after Emma is in bed to redeem myself, but she is not cooperating so that game will probably never be. The stupid car ended up costing us $670, but it is fixed now, so there is no hope for a Scrabble rematch tomorrow.
Here are some videos I took tonight of Steve and Emma "performing".

Oh, my gosh--your performances looked fun, but more dangerous than one of Peter's football games! Emma is lucky to have such a sweet daddy.
Awww! Those are so cute!
I think that is about the cutest thing ive ever seen! :)
Steve & emma are the best performers ever!
These Emma videos are great for multiple viewings.
I like how Emma looks like she's trying to take a bow in the somersault video.
You let her have that much excitement? No wonder you couldn't get her to go to bed so you could play Scrabble!
Love your videos Sarah she is getting so big!!
