Sarah, I love that cookbook, too, although I have never cooked anything from it! I also love Living More with Less by the same author. It is one of my most influential books, and I have read and highlighted it several times. This book is one reason why I feel uncomfortable with the idea of spending $4,500 for a beautiful vinyl fence when we could buy a simple house for a family in Mexico for $4,300. Mom
