Someone in my local AP group is starting a cooking club. The idea is that everyone cooks a bunch of one type of dish, then meets with other people and trades dishes. In the end everyone goes home with 4-6 other ready-to-freeze dishes. It sounds really cool because you only have to cook once and end up with a week's worth of meals, plus I love the idea of trying so many new things. This Friday we're doing the first switch. I joined a meat group and a veggie group and I'm already agonizing over what to cook. I'm worried whatever I make will turn out terribly, and I'll end up having to run out and buy take-out for everyone!
