Tonight was a fun night - dinner at a Japanese steakhouse, browsing around Barnes and Noble, buying new shoes, seeing a surprise fireworks display, then getting coffee and driving around looking at Christmas lights until all the kids fell asleep. Now we are back at home and everyone is in bed. Well, everyone except me, of course. I am not going to waste any more time in front of this computer, but am instead going to curl up on the couch and read my book. When I get tired, I'm going to crawl into bed and try to find a space somewhere amidst all the arms and legs of my husband and children. All of whom will undoubtedly, in their sleep, soon rearrange themselves so they are as cuddled up and close to me as humanly possible. I am so very blessed.

Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!

Happy Thanksgiving Sarah! Sounds like a fun night. I just crawled out of bed with hands and feet everywhere.

Isn't is great when you're wedged in? There is just something magnetic about being a mom, I think. Glad to hear it works with a new little one, that's one thing I've been wondering about for us...
