Last week I found this ruffled skirt tutorial and printed it out, hoping to make one for Emma sometime. I showed her the pictures and she said, "If you make me a skirt like that, I promise I'll wear it every day." Got it. I bumped the skirt up to the top of my "Things I Want to Sew" list and finished it for her last night.
It was very easy, and I think it's pretty cute. More importantly, she likes it too. And the good news for her? I'm not even going to make her wear it every day.
